I have 16 years experience working with SEND in primary and secondary settings and have worked at Southfield for 12 years.

As Pastoral Welfare Leader, I support Key Stage 5 students and their families, working alongside social and health transition teams as well as local services.

I am passionate about supporting students and gaining their voice and views to inform how best to support them at school, home or their future after leaving Southfield.
