I am a Pastoral welfare leader, DDSL in Coop Academy Southfield.

Previously, I worked in a special primary school and have done this for 20 years as the care team leader, HLTA and DDSL.

As pastoral welfare leader, I promote safeguarding and I also promote early help to assist families and the children in school.
